'UPPER LARGO ON THE UP' SAYS SMITH

Iain Smith MSP congratulated two lucky organisations in Upper Largo who have just been announced as the recipients of Big Lottery Fund money.
The Simpson Institute and to Kirkton of Largo Primary School have qualified for Awards for All, to renovate the Institute windows and provide new play equipment for the school.
Mr Smith said:
'This is great news for Upper Largo which recognises the importance of these two community foci. The Institute is an essential venue for local groups, who will now find their building more attractive thanks to the new windows, painting and draught-proofing, and the school pupils will benefit greatly from the new play equipment. Upper Largo is on the up!'
